Care Support Specialist

About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £15.50 per hour on weekdays and £17.50 per hour on weekends, with the opportunity to earn extra income through our referral scheme. You will also receive comprehensive training, mileage compensation, and paid holidays.
Job Description- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships with clients through conversation and shared activities
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Provide transportation and assistance with errands and appointments
