We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. If you have a passion for caregiving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour on weekdays and £17.00 per hour on weekends. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive mileage compensation of 45p per mile and comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes. This may include:
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation and activities with clients
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Helping with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
  • Accompanying clients on outings and errands
Our visits are at least one hour long, allowing you to focus on building meaningful relationships with your clients and delivering care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • A legal right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
