About the Job

You will work closely with a child who requires additional support to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build confidence in their abilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet their individual needs.
  2. Supporting the pupil's participation in classroom activities, promoting engagement and independence.
  3. Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff to implement and monitor the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
