Teaching Assistant in SEN School - Join Academics Ltd, a leading specialist primary school in Wokingham, Berkshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged and meet learning objectives
- Provide small-group or one-to-one support in numeracy and literacy activities
- Collaborate with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment
- Foster the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills

Ideal Candidate:
- A graduate with a 2:2 or above in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields are advantageous)
- Passionate about working with young people and making a difference in their education
- Experience working with children, through youth work, sports coaching, or similar roles, is desirable but not essential
