About the Role:

  1. As a dedicated member of our team at Dunbar Education, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet their individual needs.
  2. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff to implement and monitor the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
  3. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and creative in finding ways to engage and support the child's learning and development.
  4. Ongoing professional development and training opportunities are available for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:

  • A competitive salary range is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN.
  • Our school is located in Wokingham and we offer a full-time/part-time contract dependent on candidate availability.
