About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Sanctions Policy Specialist to join our team at HM Treasury. This exciting role offers the chance to make a real difference in shaping the UK's financial sanctions policy and working closely with government departments and international partners.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing licensing cases, leading on complex licensing assessments, and developing policy recommendations to support the implementation of financial sanctions.

You will work closely with colleagues across government to ensure that financial sanctions are accurately understood, implemented, and enforced. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and drive strong and sustainable economic growth.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, flexible working patterns, and access to a Civil Service Pension scheme.
