About the Role

At RGH-Global, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our accountants, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, credit control, anti-money laundering checks, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Raise invoices for work completed.
  • Conduct anti-money laundering checks.
  • Prepare confirmation statements.
  • Onboard new clients, including incorporations and registrations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
