At Neilson Financial Services, we're on a mission to provide innovative life insurance products that make a real difference in people's lives. As a Sales Team Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our sales team to success, inspiring and motivating them to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement coaching and development plans to improve individual performance
  • Monitor and report on business unit performance using weekly and monthly trackers and dashboards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth

  • A competitive starting salary between £36,000 - £44,000pa, plus generous uncapped commission

Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience, ideally within a call centre environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a demanding sales environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Commitment to 40 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday to Sunday (shifts 9-6pm, 10- 7pm and 11-8pm with 1 hour lunch)
