Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Develop and implement coaching and development plans to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and customer engagement

  • A competitive starting salary between £36,000 - £44,000pa, plus generous uncapped commission

Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience, ideally in a call centre environment

  • Commitment to 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with flexible shifts
