">We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. A fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment, with incredible produce from top suppliers.
">The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire creativity in their team members.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.">
- Develop and maintain menu concepts, working closely with the chef owner.">
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies and budget.">
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations.">
Requirements:
">A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting role, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive excellent benefits, including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
