Purpose and Responsibilities

As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie at The Savoy, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our 5-star cuisine. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes to our discerning guests, working closely with our Executive Pastry Chef to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will also be accountable for contributing to the overall success of our pastry kitchen, by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

About the Salary and Benefits
