Job Summary
Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales & Delivery Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Delivery Teams, managing the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary
- Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments
- Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues
- Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules

Requirements:
- Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements
- Strong administrative background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
