Newsome Limited, temperature and humidity control specialists based in Elland, West Yorkshire is experiencing a period of expansion and is looking for an enthusiastic, full time Administrator to work as a part of the team in supporting the business.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Raising and processing of Purchase Orders across various departments.
- Completion of new customer/supplier forms.
- Sub-Contractor pre-qualification questionnaires and approval.
- Maintenance of Approved supplier register and records.
- Company accreditation renewals e.g., Safe Contractor and Chas.
- Managing and completing ad hoc admin requests from all departments.
- Maintaining the employee Training Matrix, ensuring all staff are up to date with their training and qualifications.
- Reception cover.
- Taking control of company vehicles, arranging MOT, services, repairs.
- Ordering and monitoring stationery, canteen, cleaning supplies.
- Ordering uniforms for employees.
- Completing O+M’s.
- Other general office duties.
- Full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management with the ability to work on a varied workload and to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a good telephone manner and customer relation skills
- A desire to develop, progress and take on extra responsibilities
**Company benefits**

- Salary : dependant on experience
- 25 Days Holiday plus statutory holidays
- Pension scheme
- Company bonus scheme (after initial qualifying period)
- The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
