I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are a large, recognised organisation within their sector. My client is looking for a Website Furniture Assistant to support Their Sales and Purchasing departments with the addition of new products to theirwebsite. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business and would ideally suit a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years’ experience and looking to pursue an online career.
**Job role: Website Furniture Assistant**
**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Hours: 38.5 Hours / Mon - Fri**
**Salary: Up to £25,000**
**Location: Leeds**
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Add new products to the AT website
- Maintain existing products where there have been specification or price changes
- Remove products that are discontinued or as directed for commercial reasons
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the images are most current along with product specifications
- Create product codes on Sage and include cost information and product information including supplier codes
- Provide the cost information in report format for selling prices to be determined
- Maintain price information from Suppliers and make changes to AT selling prices as directed
- Identify reoccurring trends on design specifications and report findings back to the product team
- Keep an eye on competitor’s websites and feedback any product areas we are missing out on
**Requirements**:
- Enthusiasm for furniture design
- Computer literate and comfortable using Excel and Word
- Self-motivated and able to work to a clear set of priorities
- Good communicator and team player
- Attention to detail is essential
