About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Beacon Support Worker to join our team at Catch22. As a key member of our Victim Services team, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to individuals affected by Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) in Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake needs and risk assessments to identify individual support requirements
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to address complex needs and risks
  • Provide navigation, advice, guidance, and advocacy to victims throughout Criminal Justice and ASB resolution processes
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated response to identified needs and risks
  • Represent Catch22 at community partnership meetings and forums to amplify the victims' voice
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
