About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Beacon Support Specialist to join our team at Catch22. As a key member of our Victim Service, you will play a vital role in providing support to victims and witnesses of crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain high-quality relationships with victims, providing practical and emotional support that wins confidence and trust.
  • Inform, consult, and empower victims to feel supported through the delivery of an agreed and tailored package of support that meets specific risks and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of agencies to ensure a robust referral pathway is in place.
  • Represent Catch22 as a trusted professional, both to clients and when networking or advocating on their behalf with other services or organizations.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
