We are seeking a highly skilled Schedule Manager to lead our maintenance planning team. Located in Wakefield, this role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in engineering and project management.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-volume work streams of high voltage substation and asset inspections and maintenance nationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring the planning team
  • Monitoring service metrics including response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Resource allocation ensuring a 24/7 call out function
  • Client maintenance and inspection reports
  • Monitoring and controlling work in progress costs
  • Implementing improvement strategies
  • Developing service standards, policies and procedures

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per year and a supportive work environment.
