Job Description
As a Senior Rota Coordinator, you'll be responsible for producing efficient and compliant rotas using a computer-based roster system. You'll ensure all records are up-to-date and accurately reflect service user and staff information, including absences, annual leave, and training.
You'll work closely with our Recruitment Team to optimise workforce capacity and identify new opportunities for growth. This role includes some on-call responsibilities, but offers genuine career progression within a long-established domiciliary care service.
Requirements
- A driving licence and transport: You must have your own vehicle for this role.
- Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling, with a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting.
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
