Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to Line Managers on employee relations matters, including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years generalist HR/ER experience and will be responsible for proactively managing ER issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies, and developing internal policies and processes to improve business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and support to Line Managers on employee relations matters
  • Proactively managing ER issues and ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Developing internal policies and processes to improve business performance and support the people agenda/strategy
  • Analysing Key People Metrics and putting forward solutions to improve overall performance
  • Couching and developing Line Managers to drive a high-performance culture

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25% staff discount, 28 days annual leave, pension scheme, and more.
