KH Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the JobAs an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to our clients, ensuring that their employee benefit plans are administered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage benefit-related communications, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:
- Administering employee benefit plans
- Managing benefit-related communications
- Maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Adhering to regulatory requirements
This is a 12 month fixed-term Contract. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 5:15 and Friday 9:00 to 17:00.
