Transition and Independence Facilitator

Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify learners' strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations
- Developing personalized plans to help learners achieve their employment goals
- Providing one-to-one coaching and mentoring to learners
- Liaising with employers and training providers to secure work placements for learners
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by our clients. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £21,840 - £22,986 per annum pro rata, based on 21 hours per week. Additionally, you will receive flexible working arrangements, a NEST pension scheme, and a range of lifestyle and leisure discounts.
