Job Description: Head of Electrical Distribution

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting for a Head of Electrical Distribution to join their Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy team in Leicester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Electrical Distribution team and driving sales growth across the region.

A competitive salary of £40,000 is on offer, plus profit share bonus, company car, and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the Electrical Distribution team and driving sales growth
  2. Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety
  3. Providing training, development, and motivation to all branch staff

Requirements:

  1. Experienced in sales-focused branch management within electrical wholesale
  2. Considered for the role if currently an assistant branch manager or sales office manager looking to step up
  3. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  4. Holds a UK Driving license
