The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Sales Team management experience in a B2B environment, along with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives. Passionate about providing great customer service, confident communication skills, high IT literacy, sales focus, results orientation, and a passion for the automotive industry or customer service are essential skills. In return for your expertise, TPS offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as a pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
