Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeper and Grounds Staff member to join our team at Itvjob in Christchurch, New Zealand. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our venues.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, gardening, and maintenance, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our venues.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including restrooms and kitchens.
  • Maintain various types of flooring, such as carpets, tiles, and hardwood.
  • Ensure plants receive adequate water through irrigation systems.
  • Prepare gardens for seasonal changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial cleaning and maintenance.
  • Ability to use gardening tools and machinery.
  • Capability to follow instructions and work independently.
