We are seeking a skilled Mechanic/Fitter to establish and manage our new workshop in Kent, South East England.
The successful candidate will have experience working on farm equipment repairs and a can-do attitude. They will thrive on taking ownership, problem-solving, and creating something from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage a new workshop for agricultural equipment repairs.
- Take ownership of mechanical repairs and maintenance of farm equipment.
- Develop and implement efficient workshop processes and procedures.
- Lead a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/fitter in the farming industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Possess a valid Right to Work in the UK.
