Duties and Responsibilities

  • setting up and managing the workshop's operations
  • developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • a strong background in mechanical repairs of farm equipment
  • experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
