About Beeston Manor

Beeston Manor is a family-run and owned business situated in 140 acres of land at Hoghton near Preston. We offer fourteen en-suite bedrooms, a license to hold civil ceremonies, a restaurant, and two function rooms with stunning panoramic views. Our venue is conveniently located near the M6, M61, and M65 motorway networks and features a helicopter pad. We are proud recipients of the 'Best Countryside Wedding Venue in the UK' award from The Wedding Industry Awards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the 3-course meal wedding breakfast, including waiting on tables and serving food and drinks.
  • Serve on the bar and collect glasses.
  • Polish cutlery and assist with cleaning duties, such as hoovering, polishing windows, and mopping floors.
  • Fold napkins and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18 due to serving on the bar.
  • Must be able to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays, including a mix of morning, day, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to multitask and remain focused under pressure.
  • Transportation to and from work is required, as public transportation options are limited.
