We are seeking an experienced caseworker to provide housing advice and support to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers in a front-line setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide housing advice and support to clients
- Work with customers to identify and address their housing needs
- Negotiate with agencies and partner organisations to deliver support services and positive outcomes for clients
- Develop and maintain knowledge of housing law and policy
