Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Apprentice. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our events, and contributing to the overall success of Beeston Manor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and service of meals, including the wedding breakfast
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Support the bar team, serving drinks and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks, including hoovering, polishing windows, and mopping floors
  • Fold and arrange napkins, linens, and other table settings

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18 due to serving on the bar
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, afternoons, and nights, including Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work, as public transportation is limited
  • Ability to multitask, remain focused, and calm, with excellent verbal communication skills
