This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with guests during both event days and non-event occasions, providing a platform for motivated individuals to thrive in a vibrant catering environment.
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Greeting patrons and taking their orders
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Delivering beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Assisting guests with inquiries and suggesting food and drink options
- Exhibiting strong verbal communication skills
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor while upholding professionalism
- Collaborating effectively within a team and managing conflicts when necessary
- Demonstrating attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive and taking initiative is essential
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or beverage service is preferred
- Applicants must be 18 years or older as this position involves serving alcohol
