About the Role:

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Preston Central. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving meals and drinks
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the hotel
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
