Job Responsibilities

As a Front of House Apprentice, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with the 3-course meal wedding breakfast
  • Serving on the bar
  • Collecting glasses
  • Polishing cutlery
  • Performing some cleaning tasks, such as hoovering, polishing windows, and mopping floors
  • Folding napkins

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:
  • Be over the age of 18 due to serving on the bar
  • Be able to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays, including a mix of morning, day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work, as public transportation is not readily available
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask and remain focused under pressure
