This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled receptionist to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, tenants, and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch customer service, managing visitor sign-in, and maintaining a tidy and well-presented front-of-house area. They will also be responsible for booking, preparing, and clearing meeting rooms, reporting relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and Facilities Management team, and building relationships with all tenants in the building.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with the workplace experience team and building manager to ensure the smooth operation of the building. You will also support the facilities management team with tasks such as resolving queries and issues from occupiers and guests.

Key Requirements:
  • Candidate must have customer-facing experience in hotels, restaurants, corporate, airlines, or marketing/events.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £28,640 - £32,340 per annum (£12 - £13ph) and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
