Customer Service Delivery Lead

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and resolve complex customer needs and requests.
About the Role:- Oversee the delivery of customer service across various communication channels.
- Manage complex customer inquiries and issues related to bank products and services.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer care processes.
- Develop and implement customer care strategies to maintain efficiency.
- To manage customer expectations through specialist advice and support.
- Ensure prescribed activities are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, impacting both the role and surrounding roles.
- Likely to have responsibility for supervising specific processes within a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including full training and development opportunities. You will work 35 hours a week, covering shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday.
