Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in our car park and in-store.
  • Fitting car parts and cycle repair using existing knowledge and skills or after receiving training.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and think on your feet.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
