About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning pastry team at Harrods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Chef De Partie and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and support to the team to deliver day-to-day operational requirements
  • Assist with the planning and forecasting of stock and orders
  • Support with the organisation, stock rotation, and labelling of food stored
  • Enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record working in fine patisserie, preferably in a 5* luxury hotel, high-end patisserie, or similar environment. You will have a great knowledge and passion for food and drink, as well as excellent time-management skills and a strong customer focus.
