At Lynx Employment Services Ltd, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team in the Birmingham area. The role involves working closely with children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.

The ideal candidate will need an Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children on the Update Service, hold a current driving licence, and have sole use of a vehicle. This is a full-time role for 3 months in the first instance, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

In this role, you will work closely with children and families to develop supportive relationships, promote positive outcomes, and ensure their overall well-being. You will be responsible for assessing individual needs, identifying solutions, and providing guidance and support where necessary.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families.
