We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Dietitian to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Dietitian, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing nutritional input for a wide range of patients in an acute NHS hospital. You will be part of a well-coordinated, specialist multi-professional team working closely with nursing and medical colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct specialist dietetic assessments for patients in acute inpatient services, including gastroenterology and surgical wards.
  • Develop and implement individualized dietetic plans for patients with complex nutritional support needs.
  • Collaborate with the team and line manager to participate in ongoing service evaluation and development.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working as a Band 6 Dietitian in an NHS trust
Key Skills
  • Experience in enteral nutrition support
  • Ability to effectively use IT systems, including data inputting, word processing, and dietary analysis
  • Accurate anthropometric measurements and skills to assess patients' nutritional status
