Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team as a Technical Business Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product's features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Configuration Specifications and Business Analysis Requirements: Collaborate with our technology development teams to define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements that align with our business objectives.
  • Perform Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure our software product meets the required standards.
  • Define Reporting and Alerting Requirements: Work closely with our development team to define reporting and alerting requirements that meet our business needs.
  • Own and Develop Relationship with Partners: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners to optimize and enhance our integration.
  • Help Design, Document, and Maintain System Processes: Collaborate with our team to design, document, and maintain system processes that meet our business objectives.
  • Own the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done: Define and own the acceptance criteria and definition of done for our development tasks.
  • Report on Common Sources of Technical Issues or Questions: Identify and report common sources of technical issues or questions to our product team and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate Key Insights and Findings: Communicate key insights and findings to our product team to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
  • A degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in defining technical requirements and testing.
  • Great understanding of APIs and having used API discovery tools (like Postman).
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • BASIC knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
