About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Solutions Specialist to join our Technology team at undisclosed. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing our core revenue management system and designing solutions that align with our commercial roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with key stakeholders to establish the high-level scope of projects and turn them into actionable business outcomes.
  2. Support the product owner in shaping the product roadmap and managing the feature backlog to ensure it aligns with our business priorities.
  3. Identify and address any issues or risks that might affect delivery, and ensure that all product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to those who need it.

What You'll Bring to the Team

You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about delivering exceptional products and services to internal customers, and is able to understand complex concepts and explain them in a way that's easy for others to grasp.

We'd love it if you have experience in the travel or holidays industry, and/or if you're familiar with revenue management solutions and processes. You'll have worked with relational databases and cloud platforms, especially within the AWS ecosystem, and you'll be proficient with data analysis and visualisation tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Experience with data-driven solutions, including rules-based automation and machine learning applications, would also be beneficial.
