Job Purpose:

The Senior Management and Leadership Position is a key role within our organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to the business, driving growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Managing Director in the operational management of the company, including back office support functions and day-to-day operations.
  • Take ownership of various functions essential to the smooth running of the business, including administration, marketing, and business development.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service manager and other teams, ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
  • Manage company accreditations and registrations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deputise for the Managing Director in their absence.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in a SME business environment.
  • Strong marketing and business development skills.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Sage, or Quickbooks.
  • Accounts administration experience, including basic payroll.
  • Recruitment and HR knowledge.
  • Health and Safety knowledge.
  • Client management and complaints handling experience.
