We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, developing our team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure seamless store operations and effective inventory management.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and adapt to changing business needs.
