Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Manor Park, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a Children's Residential setting, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role. You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of care staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with on-call duties and flexibility essential. We offer a competitive salary of up to £60k plus bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Skills and Experience:- Managerial experience within a Children's Residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- At least 2 years' experience working with young people in Residential Care
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children's homes
- Ability to supervise and manage care staff
- Auditing, budget management, and monitoring skills
- Knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting
- Ability to develop a staff team with clear vision and goals
- Good working knowledge of Children's homes regulations and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
- Strong values and beliefs
- Integrity and good character
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
