Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team in East Yorkshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service across our shops in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of shop managers to achieve business objectives and improve performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and manage labour costs, budget hours, and waste targets to ensure optimal shop performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety and hygiene standards
  • Audit stock control, invoicing, and banking processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate promotional offers and initiatives to teams to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Regularly visit shops to ensure compliance with agreed standards, efficiency, and customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an area/field management role
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with strong commercial skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with central support functions
  • Car driver with a valid license and comfortable traveling to multiple sites
