About This Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to fill this temporary position as a Cover Supervisor in our secondary school in Waterlooville. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lessons when teachers are unavailable.
- Monitor and report on student behaviour and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people in an educational or supervisory role (desirable but not essential).
- A proactive approach to your work and a genuine interest in supporting student development.
Salary and Benefits: £20-£25 per hour (dependent on experience), plus opportunities for training and career progression, dedicated support from Teaching Personnel, and a collaborative staff community that values educational excellence and prioritises student well-being.
