Overview

Moto, a leading provider of services at UK rest stops, seeks an exceptional leader to drive performance and customer satisfaction. As the Assistant Director of Performance, you will lead and develop a team to deliver our signature fried chicken and exceptional customer service.

Salary

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000, depending on location and performance. Additionally, you may be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 13%, subject to location and performance.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day management, drive sales, and deliver brand standards.
  • Drive consistent high-quality customer service.
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager, providing feedback on performance and progress.
  • Adhere to and deliver brand standards.
  • Manage and lead teams in a high-volume retail or catering environment.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a shift manager, team leader, or duty manager, or current experience as an assistant manager or deputy manager.
