Lead Nursery Manager

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd, a leading childcare provider nationwide, is seeking an experienced Lead Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery and ensure delivery of high-quality care and education.

The successful candidate will effectively manage the nursery team, creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to deal with conflict resolution, and a passion for professional development and performance monitoring.

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years' experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification preferable or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework.

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
