Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a shift manager, team leader, or duty manager, or current experience as an assistant manager or deputy manager.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
