About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team at Tesco Lewes Superstore. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and customer service targets, and participate in store initiatives and promotions.
