Drive Sales and Growth with Field Sales Solutions

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores across the UK, building strong relationships with key decision makers, and identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in grocery stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including store managers and buyers
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales
  • Use sales data to approach key decision makers and effectively engage and influence
  • Work autonomously, using time effectively and planning efficiently
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio
  • Full clean UK driving licence
